Modulated Short Delay Effects
Hi, I am M. Isaac from Sydney Australia . This lesson is for Week 5 of Introduction to Music Production at Coursera.org.
Filter and Delay effects are the same category, they are related to Propogation.
They give us a sense of 3D space and illusion of dimension by using ‘repetitions’ of the original signal, precisely time variations, adding slight delays to signals.
Delay effects include: flangers, phasers, choruses, delays, reverbs. The effects that make up the modulated short delays are choruses, phasers and flangers.
A very short delay is what forms a filter.
We will look at some of these Delay Effects (Chorus, Phaser, Flangers)
